Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. Candles may need to set over night and will be available for pickup the following day.
Select store pickup on checkout. No need to actually pick up your tickets. We will just check you in on the day of your workshop.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or in person. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 72 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

Due to the limited seating available, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 72 hours before your scheduled class. This allows us the opportunity to fill your spot and accommodate other guests.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class will forfeit the payment, as we are unable to offer a refund at that time.
- To cancel, you may contact us either by phone or in person.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the United States.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination if applicable.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Mulberry Market Co. is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our boutique, located at 17325 E Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99016.
Orders can be picked up daily from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Mulberry Market Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Online Purchases
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
Workshop Refunds
