      Mulberry Market Co. is a beautiful boutique located in Spokane Valley! We are looking for an energetic, experienced, talented Social Media Manager to administer and grow our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text, photo, and video content, and more. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

      As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

      Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

      Objectives of this role:

      • Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
      • Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
      • Align our brand with new and emerging trends
      • Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
      • Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction
      • Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools

      Responsibilities:

      • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
      • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
      • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
      • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content
      • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and analyze data obtained
      • Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
      • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, website banner photos, and blog layout)
      • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
      • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
      • Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
      • Develop social media campaigns
      • Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
      • Update & create social media content across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, email, blog, etc)
      Requirements and skills:
      • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator
      • Hands on experience in content management
      • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
      • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
      • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.
      • Familiarity with web design & Shopify
      • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
      • Analytical and multitasking skills
      • Proven experience with graphic design using Canva and/or Photoshop

We are looking for someone who values a welcoming store atmosphere, enjoys helping others, and has a strong background in retail or customer service.

      This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is looking for a long-term, stable role within a local business.

      • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide a friendly and helpful experience to every customer

      • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment

      • Communicate customer feedback to store leadership

      • Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events

      • Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

      Additional Details:

      • Minimum wage - $19/hour starting wage depending on experience

      • Typical shift will be 2:30pm-8:30pm

      Requirements:

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • MUST be available to work weekends

      • MUST be willing to work alone during evening shift

      • Reliable transportation

      • Retail experience required

      • Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with light lifting
