Mulberry Market Co. is a boutique and creative workshop hub where community, artistry, and small business come together. We partner with local makers and instructors to host workshops ranging from candle pouring to floral design to stained glass. We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Workshop Coordinator to join our team and help us grow this cornerstone of our business.

Role Overview

The Workshop Coordinator will oversee the full workshop program at Mulberry Market Co. — from scheduling and logistics to marketing and customer support. This position requires excellent organization, clear communication, and a creative touch to ensure each workshop runs smoothly and provides an exceptional experience for both instructors and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workshop Scheduling: Plan and coordinate all workshop dates, times, and formats.

  • Instructor Relations: Communicate with instructors about availability, materials, and workshop needs.

  • Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with professionalism and care.

  • Shopify Management: Add new workshops to our website with accurate details, pricing, and availability.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Create engaging ads and campaigns for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to promote workshops.

  • On-Site Support: Ensure workshops are properly prepared, set up, and ready for success.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our retail and events team to support overall store goals.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old

  • Previous experience in event coordination, retail management, or marketing preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable with technology (Shopify, Meta Ads, social media tools)

  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Wage: $18–$20 depending on experience

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Manager to oversee all aspects of purchase order entry, receiving, and product uploads to our online store.

Role Overview

The Receiving Manager will be responsible for managing the flow of inventory data — from vendor purchase orders to accurate online listings. This role requires precision, consistency, and strong organizational skills to keep our systems running smoothly and ensure our customers always have the best shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management: Accurately enter and track purchase orders in Lightspeed.

  • Receiving Orders: Inspect and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.

  • Shopify Management: Add new products to Shopify with correct descriptions, pricing, and inventory counts.

  • Organization & Systems: Uphold a structured, detail-driven approach to all receiving and data entry tasks.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to ensure products are properly prepared for both in-store and online customers.

Additional Details:

  • Minimum wage - $19/hour starting wage depending on experience

  • Typical shift will be 2:30pm-8:30pm

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • MUST be available to work weekends

  • MUST be willing to work alone during evening shift

  • Reliable transportation

  • Retail experience required

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with light lifting
