Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
(food, flowers, or plants)Custom products

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Online Purchases
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
Workshop Refunds
Due to limited seating, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before a scheduled class to receive a refund.
Cancellations can be made by phone or in person.
If you cancel before the 72-hour deadline, a refund will be issued.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the class will result in forfeiture of payment.
Workshop tickets cannot be transferred to a different date.
